Tavlin Distillery offers visitors a rare opportunity to experience Israeli gin at its source. Guests can either step into the role of a distiller—creating their own gin from botanicals to bottle—or explore our modern distillery through a guided tour and tasting of gins crafted in Israel.

Option 1:

A Hands-On Craft Spirits Workshop in Beit Shemesh

Tavlin Distillery invites tour groups and visitors to experience the full journey of handcrafted gin — from botanicals and distillation to bottling a finished spirit.

Located in Beit Shemesh, this experience is designed to integrate easily into curated tour itineraries and group schedules.

Gin-Making Workshop

Price: 250 NIS per participant
Duration: 1.5–2 hours

In less than two hours, participants take part in a complete, hands-on gin-making process.

What’s Included

  • Hands-on introduction to the art of distillation
  • Guided tasting of leading gins from Israel and around the world
  • Use of a personal copper still to create a boutique gin tailored to individual taste

Take-Home

Each participant fills and takes home a 200ml handmade ceramic bottle of their custom gin — a unique and lasting souvenir.
