TERMS OF SERVICE, WEBSITE USE AND PURCHASE POLICY

  1. General

The DrinkTavlin website, located at www.drinktavlin.com, is operated by Sly Fox Ltd., which operates under the “Tavlin Distillery” brand (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “Website,” or “Tavlin Distillery”).

These Terms govern the use of the Website and the purchase of products, workshops, events and services offered through it. By using the Website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

  1. Age Restriction and Alcohol Sales

Purchases of alcoholic products through the Website are permitted only to persons 18 years of age or older.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.

The Company or its delivery provider may require identification when delivering an alcoholic product. The Company may refuse to provide an alcoholic product to anyone under 18 or to anyone unable to present suitable identification.

  1. Products and Services

The Website offers alcoholic beverages, including gin and related products, as well as workshops, tastings, tours, events and distillery experiences.

Images on the Website are for illustration purposes. Because some products and packaging are handmade or hand-decorated, reasonable differences in color, shape, illustration or packaging may exist between the product displayed and the product delivered.

The Company may update its product and service offerings, limit quantities, discontinue products or services, and change availability at any time.

If an ordered product is unavailable, the Company may contact the customer to offer a substitute, delay delivery or cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

The binding price is the price displayed and approved when the order is completed. Shipping charges, when applicable, are displayed separately before payment.

The Company may update prices, promotions and shipping charges from time to time.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Completion of an order is subject to authorization by the relevant payment provider or credit card company.

An order is considered confirmed only after payment authorization is received and an order confirmation is sent to the customer.

  1. Shipping and Product Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

The standard delivery time is up to 7 business days from confirmation of the order and payment. Business days do not include Friday, Saturday, holiday eves, public holidays or official non-working days in Israel.

Available shipping methods, delivery areas and shipping charges are displayed on the Website or during checkout. Certain areas may not be eligible for delivery or may be subject to different charges or delivery times.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, telephone number and contact information. A delay caused by incorrect details, failure to respond to delivery coordination attempts or absence from the delivery location will not be considered a delay by the Company.

The Company will not be responsible for delays caused by a third-party delivery provider, force majeure, security conditions, war, strikes, work stoppages, extreme weather, road closures, system failures or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, the Company will make reasonable efforts to update the customer and address the order.

  1. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from Tavlin Distillery at Yahalom Street, Har Tov Industrial Area, Lot 125, Israel, by prior appointment only.

Customers must not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation that the order is ready and coordinating a pickup time.

The Company may request an order confirmation and identification at pickup. Alcoholic beverages will be released only to persons aged 18 or older.

  1. Product Cancellations and Returns

Customers may cancel transactions in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, its regulations and other applicable law.

For a distance-sale transaction involving a product, a cancellation notice may generally be provided from the date of the transaction until 14 days after receipt of the product or receipt of the legally required transaction disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to applicable law and its exceptions.

Cancellation requests should be emailed to info@drinktavlin.com and include the customer’s name, order number, telephone number and reason for cancellation. Customers may also contact us at 058-719-0318.

When cancellation is not due to a defect, nonconformity, failure to deliver on time or another breach by the Company:

a. The Company may charge a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

b. The customer is responsible for returning the product at the customer’s expense.

c. The product must be returned closed, complete, unused and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.

d. An alcoholic beverage that has been opened, used or rendered unsuitable for resale cannot be returned unless the cancellation results from a defect or nonconformity.

If the cancellation results from a defect, nonconformity, failure to deliver on time or another breach by the Company, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the return will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within the period prescribed by applicable law, subject to receipt of the cancellation notice and return of the product when required.

Nothing in this section limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

  1. Workshop, Tour and Event Cancellations

A reservation for a workshop, tour, tasting or event may be canceled by emailing info@drinktavlin.com.

The request should include the participant’s name, order number, telephone number and scheduled activity date.

The transaction may be canceled within 14 days of the transaction date or receipt of the transaction disclosure document, whichever is later, provided that the cancellation notice is delivered at least 7 days that are not rest days before the scheduled activity, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

For a cancellation made in accordance with applicable law, the Company may charge a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, unless otherwise required by law.

Later cancellations or failure to attend will not qualify for a refund unless the Company agrees otherwise or a refund is required by law.

Transferring a reservation to another participant or changing the activity date is subject to the Company’s prior approval and availability.

If the Company cancels an activity, the customer may choose between an alternative date and a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled activity.

  1. Product and Service Responsibility

The Company will make reasonable efforts to supply its products and services as described on the Website and in accordance with applicable law.

Customers should inspect the product and packaging upon delivery. If a product is defective, incorrect or damaged during shipment, the customer should contact us promptly and provide the order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from unreasonable use, improper storage, use contrary to instructions, use after opening or irresponsible alcohol consumption.

Alcohol is intended only for persons aged 18 or older and should be consumed responsibly. Do not drink and drive. Pregnant women, persons taking medication and persons with relevant medical conditions should consult an appropriate medical professional before consuming alcohol.

Subject to applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages resulting from use of the Website, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. Workshops and Distillery Visits

Participation in workshops and tastings involving alcohol is limited to persons aged 18 or older, unless the Company approves in advance a separate activity that does not involve alcohol consumption.

Participants must follow staff instructions and safety requirements. Subject to applicable law, the Company may end the participation of a person who behaves dangerously, violently or inappropriately without providing a refund.

The Company may make reasonable changes to activity content, instructors, schedules and products offered for tasting.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Website’s content, including the brand name, trademarks, logo, photographs, text, designs, videos, illustrations and marketing materials, belongs to the Company or is used under authorization.

Website content may not be copied, published, distributed, reproduced, altered, sold or used commercially without the Company’s prior written approval.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of personal information collected through the Website is governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms. By purchasing or using the Website, the user confirms that they have also read the Privacy Policy.

  1. Website Availability

The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and proper operation of the Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Company may suspend all or part of the Website for maintenance, updates, security or other operational reasons.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, use of the Website and purchases made through it are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable Israeli law.
